FiberLinks is an independent internet comparison and referral service operated from 4 Washington Pl, New York, NY 10003, USA. We are an authorized sales partner for multiple US internet service providers ("ISPs" or "Providers"). We do not ourselves provide internet connectivity service — we facilitate the connection between consumers and their chosen providers.
Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside within the continental United States. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are ordering service on behalf of another person or a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
FiberLinks provides a free-to-consumer comparison and referral service. We collect information about your address, usage needs, and budget in order to identify and recommend suitable internet plans from the ISPs we partner with. Our service is provided at no cost to you. We are compensated by ISPs when we successfully refer a customer who subscribes to a plan.
When you choose to proceed with a plan, FiberLinks facilitates the order submission to the chosen ISP on your behalf. All contracts for internet service are between you and the ISP, not between you and FiberLinks. FiberLinks is not a party to your service contract with any ISP and has no liability for service delivery, outages, pricing changes, or billing disputes after the order is submitted.
We strive to keep plan pricing, speed, availability, and contract information current. However, ISP offerings change frequently and without notice. All information presented by FiberLinks — whether on our website or communicated by our specialists — is for informational purposes only. Final pricing, terms, and availability are determined by the ISP and are set forth in your service agreement with them. FiberLinks makes no warranty that the information we provide is complete, accurate, or current at any given moment.
We make best-effort attempts to verify availability at your service address in real time using systems provided by our ISP partners. However, final availability is determined solely by the ISP, and we cannot guarantee that a plan we recommend will be available at your address until the ISP confirms it.

By calling FiberLinks, you consent to the recording of your call for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. Calls are recorded in compliance with applicable federal and state laws. If you do not consent to recording, please inform the specialist at the start of the call and we will accommodate your request where legally permitted.
You also consent to receiving follow-up communications from FiberLinks (by phone or email) regarding your inquiry or order. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing support@fiberlinks.store.
All content on fiberlinks.store — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and design — is the property of FiberLinks or its content licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Provider names, logos, and trademarks appearing on our site are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIBERLINKS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF SERVICE — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, OR FROM ANY INTERNET SERVICE YOU ORDER THROUGH US, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
FiberLinks is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, or services of any ISP or third party. Once your order has been submitted to an ISP, your relationship is governed exclusively by the ISP's service agreement and their customer care processes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FiberLinks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to: (a) your use of our website or services; (b) any inaccurate or false information you provided to us; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of FiberLinks or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of our website or services shall be instituted in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in New York County, New York. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York, and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
YOU AND FIBERLINKS AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FiberLinks with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
